Meet Mark Shaw
I spent the first 45 years of my life at the Followers of Christ Church in Oregon City. I spent most of those years believing that I was attending the one right church. I was taught that no one outside of our church had a chance to go to heaven. We had the only true preacher, and the only true doctrine.
By God’s grace I came to faith in Jesus in 2016, and eventually left Followers in 2019. Now I put my trust and my hope in Christ alone, and not in attending the one right church.
